Originally released in 2008 in a limited handmade CD package, "Silent Opening" is an intimate folk/rock debut album from the french songwriter Yonograph (Yohann Antignac).
After playing in different bands and artistic projects, Yohann played solo on stage in 2006 under the name of "Yoan and the Silent Phonograph".
Why this name? Maybe to refer to the good old music values which disappeared day after day...or maybe just because of the worry of feeling lonely on stage.
The "one man band" became Yonograph in 2010 after many gigs everywhere in France.
Yohann writes songs about his life, things and people around him. He screams and sings love and sadness. The only goal for Yonograph is to share music, stories, sounds and feelings everywhere with anyone and with sincerity...because to him music can only exist if sharedlike happiness.
Yonograph is already working on a new album based on another story about sharing art and music. (release spring 2012)
All songs composed and interpreted by Yohann Antignac
Lyrics written by Yohann Antignac
Produced by Chris Edrich and Yohann Antignac
Recorded, mixed and mastered by Chris Edrich at "Esprit Music" Augny 2008
Photography by Cyril Turla

compositions in real time for solo piano. Lonely meditations that go through a lot of places, colours and musics: from the melancholy of buenos aires and her tango to the violence of new york and her jazz, crossing the impressionist landscapes of european music and beyond...

Recent work of the Ukrainian band. EP includes three songs connected by one idea, the general sound and emotion. The main genre is a synthpop, which in conjunction with a gentle female voice, creates a charming atmosphere of love, emotion and intimacy.
Gosprom are a Ukrainian electropop band made up of singer Marianna Diakova, keyboardist, writer and producer Dima Sysoev and guitarist Alex Popelnuh.

Medicine is Marc Broude's second album in the ambient genre. With expansive and enigmatic atmosphere through layers of sonic exhortation, articulation is placed on Marc's psychological or emotional state in the music-making process as opposed to the inspiration in which he seeks. The opening track, "Mineral Water" features overlapping layers of reversed sound and half octave vocal hissing. Most compositions are comparable to the works of Angelo Badalamenti and Steve Roach particularly "Happy Like Jazz" and "Fire on the Water" while "Face Covered in Shit" has more of an art rock sensitivity to it. "War of the Worlds" is a remix using an excerpt of the Orson Welles rendition of the novel of the same name, featured on Mercury Theatre on the Air. In "For the Flies" Marc augments his synths and manipulations with electric bass guitar and percussion. Through trying to defy genre, Medicine is an offbeat blend of avant-garde jazz and dark ambient offering a transformational listening experience for anyone listens.
Marc started recording while living in a squatter artist collective in 2005 playing in various bands with genres like black metal, grindcore, punk, and noise. In 2006 he released the 7" single Psychological Warfare. That same year Marc, Danny Cortez and Chris Anderson formed Zog, a black metal outfit that disbanded 10 months later following the death of Danny Cortez. Marc took a break through 2007-2008 following a mental breakdown and continued his solo endeavor in 2009 releasing the the seventy-two minute dark ambient dirge Rites of Zen and then Medicine, a fusion of free improvisation andavant-garde jazz. In 2011 Marc remixed and re-released Psychological Warfare.
Marc Broude (born August 23, 1984) is an American cross-genre composer who started in the Chicago-based noise outfit Panicsville in 2005.
Marcs style is eclectic using low frequency sound exploration, field recordings, water, voltage-controlled oscillators, vocal moaning, screaming and scordatura notation. Marcs sound draws from diverse musical genres including drone, experimental, musique concrte, avant-garde and industrial. Working independently of major labels, Marc Broude primarily records for his own label, NoZen Records.
Side projects:
Marc has collaborated with a diverse array of artists and groups including Cock E.S.P., Richard Ramirez and Lasse Marhaug. In 2010 Broude and Tim Lash formed Sick Spider.

Verses 2 is the new solo album of german musician Tobias Herzz Hallbauer. It contains eight tracks, based on poems of (mostly english) authors from the late 19th / early 20th century:
Konstantinos Kavafis (Walls), William Allingham (An Evening), George Eliot (Roses), Francis Thompson (An Arab Love Song), Amy Lowell (The Bungler), Delmira Agustini (I Live, I Die, I Burn, I Drown), Stephen Crane (And You Love Me) and John Davidson (Song).
Once more, Tobias Herzz Hallbauer combines these great lyrics with his borderless music from hip-hop-influenced songs to krautrock-like pieces. THH says:Maybe its some kind of Krauthop... I dont know....
